About Jaivel

The founder of the Jaivel group of companies - Vipul Vachhani, is an extremely ethical and respected individual who, during his career has worked in the aerospace industry in India, USA and the UK. His passion for engineering led him to start his own business, providing engineering solutions to the aerospace sector, his dedication and passion are shared by all employees and proves to be a key factor in the company’s ongoing success.

The company has three global centres of excellence, each one managed and operated by the individuals whom are employed there. This working environment provides all employees with personal space which in return encourages creativity. Although functioning in different geographical locations, a common business strategy for all three businesses has been developed with a joint, specific set of goals. Operationally, in India there are two centres, one in Mumbai and the other in Rajkot. Within each centre there are individuals with key responsibilities.

The facility in the (UK) Midlands is the hub for all UK customer facing activities and also the centre for Business Development which is headed up by Barry Lomas, who has over thirty years of experience in the engineering industry.
