January 2010 saw the start of our ‘Customer Care’ Helpline. Nikki Macpherson joined the team at Jaivel headquarters in Mansfield as part of the company’s drive to deliver “Best in Class” customer service.
Nikki said “With my previous experience in customer care our intention at Jaivel is to make all client experiences of working with us a pleasurable and repeatable one”. Nikki will be introducing various disciplines to ensure total customer satisfaction, utilising the principles and strategies of continuous improvement.
